Next time you are around DC looking for some art, make sure you pay attention to what is sitting on the stairs. This is a classic capture of a t-bar thong. Blue and slightly twisted as if they were just thrown on with little care. Lady’s you need to pay attention, no twists please. You know you want to hit it.
